We reserve a 3-business-day turnaround to fulfill orders but we often have orders out the very next business day. We don't ship on weekends — weekend orders start the fulfillment process the next business day. When your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number.

Yes — the cart combines shipping automatically at checkout. After we pack your order, we refund any shipping overages back to you where possible, so you never overpay because Shopify's calculator guessed high.

Yes. Our Shop Now, Ship Later program lets you buy over time and ship everything in one combined package when you're ready.

You can put them in one cart, but they ship separately — in-stock parts go out on our normal turnaround, and the pre-order follows when it arrives. Shipping is calculated separately for each.

We buy loose-parts lots, personal collections, and 1/12 scale figure sets, then sort and list every piece individually — so you buy exactly the part you need instead of a whole figure. Here's the full process.

1/12 scale parts are built for figures in the 6-inch range, but fit varies by body type — height, build, hand pegs, and joint style all matter. Our fit guide walks through how to check before you buy.

Returns are accepted in limited circumstances and must be initiated within 30 days by email. Items must come back in the same condition and packaging you received them in. Returns for “didn't like it” or “incorrect fit” carry a 50% restock fee, and return shipping is at your cost — so check the fit guide and photos closely before ordering.

Email us first — returns that weren't discussed with the team beforehand are subject to a higher restock fee. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you the outcome, and approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Contact us here.
