Everything you earn by shopping with us, in one place. There is nothing to opt into — your order history will trigger rewards on their own and we'll issue what you have earned.
Spend rewards: 5% to 15% off
Once what you have spent across a rewards year passes a threshold, we issue you a personal discount code. It is reusable for the rest of that year rather than a one-time coupon, so it keeps working on every order you place until the year ends.
- $150 — 5% off
- $350 — 7% off
- $600 — 10% off
- $1,000 — 15% off
You move up as you go. Passing $350 partway through the year issues a fresh 7% code and it takes over from the 5% one you were using. If you are signed in to your account the discount applies at checkout on its own — the code is there as a backup for when you are not.
How the rewards year works
Rewards years run September 1 to September 1. Your spend counts within that window and your code works until the year ends. On September 1 everyone starts fresh: pass a threshold again and a new code is issued.
Order milestones: $10 toward shipping
Every 10th order earns a one-time $10 code — your 10th, 20th, 30th and onward, with no upper limit. Unlike the spend tiers these do not reset with the rewards year, and they never expire, so you can hold one for an order where it counts.
It comes off your order total rather than off shipping specifically. That is deliberate: a free-shipping coupon caps out at whatever shipping happens to cost, while $10 off still helps when a heavier parcel costs more than that to send.
How rewards reach you
- Order as usual. Use the same email address each time so your orders count together.
- We check every week. Newly earned rewards are issued on Fridays.
- We email your code. It is tied to your account, so it only works for you.
The details
- Codes are personal. They cannot be shared or transferred.
- Percentage codes exclude pre-orders. Milestone codes apply to any order.
- Milestone codes can be used once. Percentage codes can be used as often as you like until the rewards year ends.
- One discount code per order.
- Cancelled and refunded orders are not counted toward your spend or your order count.
